↑ If you use primitive planes on the walls and arrange furniture, you can easily make it look like a room.
There are no doors in the above figure, but I think that you can find 3D materials of only doors by searching, so you can easily create a room by combining them with such things.
If you want to create an ideal room from scratch or if you want to add a window to the wall of the 3D material of the background you already have, I hope you will use it.

壁が上下左右に分かれているので壁の高さや横幅、窓の位置を理想通りにできます。

↑壁にプリミティブの平面を使用し、家具類を配置すれば簡単に部屋っぽくなると思います。
上図ではドアがないですが、ドアのみの3D素材も検索すれば見つかるかと思いますのでそういったものと組み合わせれば簡単に部屋が作れます。
