The Flow line tool is set to snap to the direction of "parallel line ruler" .
If you adjust the orientation in the first parallel line ruler and then draw with the streamline tool brush, it is smooth ^ ^
◇ If you set the parallel line ruler to "show in all layers", you can change the orientation by pressing Ctrl (temporarily switching to the object tool) without changing the layer!

描画後にオブジェクトツールで各操作・調整が可能です！
◇流線ツールは「平行線定規」の向きにスナップする設定になっています。
先に平行線定規で向きを調整してから流線ツールブラシで描画するとスムーズです＾＾
◇平行線定規を「すべてのレイヤーで表示」にしておくと、レイヤーを切り替えなくてもCtrlキーを押す（オブジェクトツールに一時切替になります）ことで向きを変更することが可能です！
レイヤーを変更することなく「Ctrlキーを押してドラッグで向きを変更→流線ツールで描く」という操作が可能です。
◇描画後にオブジェクトツールに切り替えて、移動や制御点の操作、ツールプロパティより線の「長さ」や線の「太さ（ブラシサイズ）」など各調整が可能です。
※平行線定規をくっつけたレイヤーもオマケでつけておきました＾＾
