It seems to be able to use in the cartoon girl, it is a Mobblassi one with a bonus sixteen brushes and a flow that I was able to draw.
Because the white groundwork is attached, the atmosphere that most even if it piles up a dark screen is put out.
I added 7 kinds of brushes of the Pantyliner Kira effect that is useful in the background 20220510. 少女漫画に使えそうな、ほわほわとした流れが描けるブラシ16本とオマケで1本モブブラシです。
白下地もついているので、濃い画面に重ねてもほわほわな雰囲気が出せます。

To toning, such as a gray brush, set Layer property > Tone > Concentration >use color of image .
-Ifuse brightness of image , the white part becomes transparent.
-Black only when you click the Black icon in the layer representation color to multiply the layer.

White is a valid and black-only state comparison. (Animated gif )

We have seven different patterns to   Fluffy base.
- Rather than layering over   character, I think it is better to put it in the background of the character.
  Main color and sub color will be reflected.


Adjust the brush density on the base part of the   main color .

-  Brushes have uneven tint and hue .
It is also recommended for   Color comics and Webtoon .
- Draw in the same place as   and the main color will be darker and sub color will overlap.
  When I trace it over many times, main color rides on a sub color, and the pattern comes in depth.
(The bottom right red drawing is the result of "tracing once/same place/multiple times". ）

・グレーのブラシなど、トーン化する場合は、レイヤープロパティ＞トーン＞濃度＞「画像の色を使用」に設定してください。
・「画像の輝度を使用」の場合、白い部分は透明になります。
・レイヤーを乗算にする、レイヤーの表現色で黒アイコンをクリックすることでも黒のみの状態になります。

白が有効な状態と黒のみの状態の比較です。（GIFアニメになっています）

　黒丸と白い散布が入ったブラシ。
　トーン化して使うグレー・カケアミ・点描砂の3パターン。
　「ほわ白散布●■」は白い散布のみのブラシです。メインカラーに関わらず白になります。
　白以外で使う場合は、「色の変化」で「ブラシ先端色の色の変化」のチェックを外す、もしくは「明度」を0に変更してください。

カラーやあえてメインとサブを同じ色にして使ってみるのも面白いと思います。



ツールプロパティの項目について
・ 粒子サイズ・・・黒丸や五角形などメインパーツのサイズです。
・ 2-粒子サイズ・・・白い散布のサイズです。
・ デュアルブラシ・・・「ほわ白散布●■」「モブ半袖■」以外のブラシは「デュアルブラシ」のチェックを外すことで白い散布が無いブラシに出来ます。

・ ふわふわの下地に7種のパターンを合わせました。
・ キャラクターの上から重ねるより、キャラクターの背景に置くほうが合っていると思います。
・ メインカラーとサブカラーが反映されます。


・ メインカラーの下地部分は、ブラシ濃度を調整してください。

・ ブラシには濃淡と色相のムラがあります。
・ カラー漫画やWebtoonにもオススメです。
・ グリグリと同じ場所に描画するとメインカラーは濃く、サブカラーはその上に重なっていきます。
・ 何度もなぞるとサブカラーの上にメインカラーが乗り、パターンに奥行きが出ます。
（右下赤い描画が「1回/同じ場所/複数回なぞり」の結果です。）
