I couldn't use the default effect line tool, so I made it a simple, quick and intuitive effect line pen. デフォルトの効果線ツールを使いこなせないので作った、シンプルではやく直感的に描ける効果線ペンです。
Once you get used to it, you can draw streamlines and saturated line in a few seconds ~ tens of seconds per frame.
