If you want to draw in a perfect circle from the beginning, cut the "thickness" pen pressure displayed on the tool property.
It is set on the assumption that it will be drawn vertically.

"Two holes A to B" are originally in the correct orientation of the thumbnail and top images.

(1) Depict in color, copy and paste
(2) Change the color to black
(3) Adjust the position to look like a natural thickness
The thickness is increased by the above procedure.
No precise additions have been made. Please make additions as necessary.

初めから正円で描きたい場合は、ツールプロパティに表示されている「厚さ」の筆圧を切って下さい。
縦向きに描くことを前提にした設定になっています。
※サンプルが横書きになってしまい申し訳ありません。
「２つ穴A〜B」は本来サムネイル・トップ画像の向きが正しい状態です。
【サンプル絵】
①カラーで描写、コピー＆ペースト
②黒に色変更
③位置をずらして自然な厚みに見えるように調整
以上の手順で厚みを出しています。
精密な加筆は行なっておりません。必要に応じて加筆をお願い致します。
