I created a custom brush that can create night views freely and a Kirablashi to use for the effect.
It is recommended when you want to draw a night view easily.

"Night Building group B" to create a roughly building shadow, at the upper back "night View B Custom" in front "night View B custom Mini" is arranged appropriately.
The light is scattered at the place that you like in "Point Light" and finished.
In addition duplicate layer, the gaussian blur → Layer effect/addition (light emitting) becomes more glittering.
It is recommended to kirameki up the Kirablashi by adding or overlay.

「夜景ビル群B」でざっくりビル影を作成し、奥上部に「夜景Bカスタム」手前に「夜景Bカスタムmini」を適当に配置。
「ポイントライト」でお好きな場所にライトを散らして完成。
更にレイヤーを複製して、ガウスぼかし→レイヤー効果/加算（発光）にすると、よりきらびやかになります。
キラブラシを加算やオーバーレイ等で重ねて、キラメキ度をアップするのもオススメです。
