It is the night view of Shinjuku processed in illustration.
I set the night scene layer and custom brush North direction from Shinjuku.
This is a simple night view without sign letters.

I have created a custom brush that can create night views freely and a usable sphere brush for the effect.
It is recommended when you want to draw a night view easily.
■ Animation sample

"Night Building group A" to create a roughly building shadow, "Night a custom Mini" in the Back "Night View A Custom" is placed in front.
"Point Light" to add light to where light is not enough.
Finally, it is finished with "bokeh color" with a gorgeous Add.
Duplicate layer, gaussian blur → Layer effect/addition (light emitting) will be more glittering.
Here is a set of the east direction that overlooks Shinjuku station West exit.
