Float a cloud in the sky auto action 空に雲を浮かべるオートアクション
Create a canvas of a suitable size
1000px ~ A4 (350dpi) etc.
Select the appropriate command in this auto action and press the "Play" button.
Sky and clouds are drawn on the canvas.
You see the perlin noise settings, so you can change the scale number
You can adjust the size of the clouds on the canvas.

In the Layer palette in the command name folder
I think you have created a layer with the name "perlin noise" and "sky blue".
perlin noise is a layer of clouds
Sky Blue is a layer of empty color
The sky blue layer is fill layer, so you can change the empty color.
The clouds themselves are raster layer, so changes in color will change with tonal correction, etc.
It's not hard to do
I think we can make it more like an empty remodel.
The colors of the sky are all solid.
Think you can swap with a good feeling gradient layer and let the sky look more nice
I can only see the monotonous clouds using the perlin noise.

レイヤーパレットにコマンド名のフォルダーの中に
「パーリンノイズ」レイヤーと「sky blue」という名のべた塗りレイヤーが作成されていると思います
パーリンノイズは雲のレイヤー
sky blueは空の色のレイヤーです
「sky blue」レイヤーはべた塗りレイヤーなので空の色を変更することができます
雲自体はラスターレイヤーなので色の変更は色調補正などで変更することになります
むずかしいことはしてないので
改造してもっとそれっぽい空を作成できると思います
空の色が一色なのですが
良い感じのグラデーションレイヤーと入れ替えることもっと見栄えする空ができると思います
パーリンノイズを使った単調な雲しかできませんが
モニターをのんびりと眺めることができると思います
