→ downloading materials→ you can select the pen you downloaded from "Materials" → "Materials" in the menu bar and add them to the sub tool by dragging and dropping them.
If you don't see various windows

素材をダウンロードする→メニューバーの「ウィンドウ」→「素材」→「素材［ダウンロード］」からダウンロードしたペンを選び、サブツールにドラッグ＆ドロップでも追加できます。
各種ウィンドウが見当たらない場合
メニューバーの「ウィンドウ」の中にある場合が多いです。
