素材をダウンロード→メニューバーの「ウィンドウ」→「素材」→「素材［ダウンロード］」からダウンロードしたペンを選びサブツールにドラッグ&ドロップでも追加できます。

メニューバーの「ウィンドウ」の中にある場合が多いです。ご参考までに:D
