It also randomly changes the brightness of the color

It is a brush that changes brightness randomly relative to the foreground color.
BitDot Textured Brushes 3
It is a brush that does not change brightness and draws with a foreground color
Examples of use
After drawing, you can leave it as it is, but the impression will change even if you process it, such as increasing the saturation or sharpening it.
