For every base (Woman and Man) there are genderswap of W and M, BL and GL.
W->M change from base woman to man (genderswap version)
M->W change from base man to woman (genderswap version)
W->WW change from base woman to woman (GL version)
M->WW change from base man to woman (GL version)
W->MM change from base woman to man (BL version)
M->MM change from base man to man (BL version)
Poses 1 and 3 dont react to each other that much, so i dont need to change poses. If you dont see for example: W->WW that mean base W fit for GL version.
