クリスタの3Dキャラクター素材の目を例に使わせてもらいました。

筆圧に合わせてくれるのでまつ毛のところとかも塗れます。

濃と薄を使って重ね塗りなどしていくとグラデーションもササっと作れたりで楽かと思います。

透明色にして削って消すのにもいいかなと思います

均一な感じの線です。筆圧なしなので細かいところを塗るのには向きません。

縞々模様を描いたりする時にも使えるかと思います。

眉毛を描いたり塗ったりにもいい感じになるかなと思います。

ハッチングというのかカケアミになるのか呼び方がわからずなのですがそんな感じのペンです。

選択範囲の作成やマスクするなどして塗ってください。

短と長はトーン代わりに塗る事もできます。

一筆でたくさん塗れるのでお得感があります。

影を入れたい時にも割と使えます。

線の流れが反映されるので球体などものの形に沿わせても描けます。

カーブがきついと破綻もしやすいのでご注意ください。

グラデは2、3回重ね塗りするとより暗いグラデーションにもなります。

3ストロークくらいで手が込んだ手描きグラデーションっぽくなるのでとても時短できます。

削って消すのにも使えると思います。

「先端形状>素材」から任意のもの以外を消すといろんな濃度のハッチングペンにもなるのでよければお試しください。

ただ、1つの素材を繰り返すだけなのでちょっとコピペ感は強いと思います。

左右反転と上下反転はランダムに設定した方がコピペっぽさが少しはマシになると思います。

間引いてグラデ部分を短くしたりもできます。

お好みでいろいろいじってみてください。

筆圧は最初オフ状態になっていますがオンにしてもらっても良いかと思います。

線幅調整用は線の太さが変わります。

まずは表現色がカラーかグレーのレイヤーに描画後、レイヤーの表現色をモノクロにしてください。

アルファの閾値を調整し、線の太さをお好みに合わせてください。

ベクターレイヤーでは閾値調整できないのでラスターレイヤーに変換してください。

「塗る線ペン_ハッチング_線幅調整用」はアルファの閾値によっては結構消えます。
