It is a seamless pattern material with two colors, "black & transparent".
It is one of the patterns used in the traditional Japanese handicraft "sashiko", "toridasuki" and "hanmaru tsunagi".
A simple one that looks like a ginkgo leaf is "bird collar",
The one with a line like "3" added inside it is a "half-circle connection".
Since you are not familiar with the publication of materials for PAINT, there may be deficiencies in the settings.
Also, since the dpi setting of the original image is low, the image may be rough for printing, so please check in advance.

日本の伝統手芸「刺子」に用いられるパターンのひとつ「鳥襷（とりだすき）」および「半丸（はんまる）つなぎ」になります。
イチョウの葉を敷き詰めたようなシンプルな方が「鳥襷」、
その内側に「3」のような線が追加されている方が「半丸つなぎ」です。
PAINT用素材の公開は不慣れなため、設定等に不備があるかも知れません。
また元画像のdpi設定が低いため、印刷用としては画像が粗いかも知れませんので、事前にご確認いただくようお願いします。
