It is a seamless pattern material with two colors, "black & transparent".
One of the patterns called "Hokusai pattern" designed by Katsushika Hokusai, it will be "Nawasudare" from Katsushika Hokusai's "Hokusai Pattern Picture Score".
It may be a little difficult to understand, but it is a pattern based on a honeycomb pattern laid with regular hexagons, and a chain of two sides × hexagons in a perfect circle arc (called "weight" in the traditional Japanese pattern).
As you can see from the original image https://dl.ndl.go.jp/pid/1899550/1/15/, the pattern hand-drawn by Hokusai is not "in order". The techniques of Japanese painting at that time were not suitable for drawing geometric patterns, so it is also an unavoidable part.
Therefore, in this material, based on the notes, I imagined the shape that Hokusai probably originally wanted to draw and "arranged" the pattern.

「黒＆透過」の2色によるシームレスパターン素材です。
葛飾北斎デザインの「北斎模様」と呼ばれるパターンのひとつ、葛飾北斎著『北斎模様画譜』より「縄簾（なわすだれ）」になります。
若干分かりにくいと思いますが、正六角形を敷き詰めたハニカム模様をベースに、六角形の二辺×二ヶ所を真円の円弧にした形（日本の伝統的なパターンでは「分銅」と呼ばれる形状）を鎖状に繋いだパターンです。
元画像 https://dl.ndl.go.jp/pid/1899550/1/15/ をご覧いただければ分かりますが、北斎が手描きした模様は「整って」いません。当時の日本画の技法は幾何学模様を描くには向いてなかったので、致し方ない部分でもあります。
なので本素材では、注記に基づき恐らく北斎が本来描きたかっただろう形を想像して「整えた」模様にしています。
PAINT用素材の公開は不慣れなため、設定等に不備があるかも知れません。
