It is a set of simple cabochon-cut gemstones, a luxurious gold brooch, and a thin gold chain.
The gem and pedestal are separate, so they can be used in combination. Of course, it can also be combined with other materials.
When applying perspective, you can create a three-dimensional effect by transforming the pedestal and the jewel separately. (See the necklace and ring in the image above)
