It is a very popular Japanese pattern also called "cloisonne tsunagi". It is an auspicious pattern that is said to have become "cloisonne" instead of what was originally called "four-way connection".
The pattern tends to give a hard impression, so I made some variations with distortion.
In particular, it is a "year-round pattern" that can be used regardless of the season.
「七宝繋ぎ」とも呼ばれる非常にポピュラーな和柄です。元は「四方繋ぎ」と呼ばれていたものが「七宝」になったと言われている吉祥柄です。
硬い印象になりやすいパターンなので、歪みを入れたバリエーションをいくつか作ってみました。
特に季節は関係なく使える「通年柄」です。
