An example is a auto action to do this.
"Explanation of Operation"
In case of "Transparent white"
Select one layer you want to convert in the Layer palette and play auto action
A folder with a new auto action name will be created
White-through layer and underneath it (White)
A white solid layer will be created for the selected layer.
If you hide this layer, you can see the white of the converted layer being transparent.
The original layer is in a hidden state and under the folder
The hand has not been added
In case of "Transparent black"
Select one layer you want to convert in the Layer palette and play auto action
(Select one of the folders here)
The transparent part is processed as transparent.
I can't see the changes in the canvas image itself
You can see that black is transmitted through the thumbnail of the Layer palette.
With the multiple layers in the folder
Play auto action with folder selected
(The combine mode of the folder layer is limited to normal.)
The original folder is hidden
Processed layers are combined to process the original image.
I can't recommend it from here.
We can do this.
You can also choose multiple layers.
But the layer combine mode, the complex clipping, the hidden layers, the opacity, and so on are the unexpected results.
Gradients and airbrush may become muddy
The layer is the same if the opacity is low
The layer combine mode does not maintain in the process of merging layers
Layers that you have hidden will be visible
If you were clipping, you might not be able to choose a layer or maintain it in a sequence of layers.
Or it might have been clipped to a different layer.
(Many of the problems will be solved if you put them in a folder.)
Omake
I came up here and added an action (omake)
You should be careful because translucent white or black may no longer be displayed.
A solid cut of a layer of White (Black) in the lower part of the opacity.
Because the dirt etc. of a gradation are untouched, it is the extent of the bonus to the last
The layer of the solid is seen deterioration in the contour.
This translucent haze has yet to be solved.
I hope I can fix that.

謎のコマンド、処理も少なくなったと思います
後半に説明してますが、不出来な部分も残念ながら引き継いでしまっています
いつの日にか解決するといいなぁ・・
（例） こんなことをするためのオートアクションです
「取扱説明」
「白を透過」の場合です
レイヤーパレットで変換したい１枚のレイヤーを選んでオートアクションを再生します
新しくオートアクションの名前のフォルダが作成されます
白を透過したレイヤーとその下に（White）という
選択したレイヤーを白のベタにしたレイヤーが作成されます
このレイヤーを非表示にすると変換されたレイヤーの白が透過されているのが確認できます
元のレイヤーは非表示の状態でフォルダの下にあります
手は加えられていません
「黒を透過」の場合です
レイヤーパレットで変換したい１枚のレイヤーを選んでオートアクションを再生します
（ここではフォルダの中の１枚を選択しています）
透過部分を含んだレイヤーは透過部分は透過のまま処理します
キャンバスの画像自体の変化は確認できませんが
レイヤーパレットのサムネイルでも黒が透過されているのが確認できると思います
複数のレイヤーをフォルダに入れた状態で
フォルダを選択した状態でオートアクションを再生します
（フォルダーのレイヤーの合成モードは「通常」に限ります）
元にフィルダは非表示になっています
加工されたレイヤーは元になった画像を結合して処理します
ここからはあまりお勧めできないのですが
こんなこともできます
複数のレイヤーを選択することでもできます
ですが、レイヤーの合成モード、複雑なクリッピング、非表示レイヤー、不透明度などが思いもしない結果になってしまいます
グラデーション、エアブラシなどは濁ってしまうかもしれません
レイヤーの不透明度が低い場合も同じです
レイヤーの合成モードはレイヤーを結合する過程で維持ない部分が出ます
非表示にしていたレイヤーは表示されてしまいます
クリッピングしていた場合にレイヤーの選択方法とかレイヤーの並びで維持できないかもしれません
または違うレイヤーにクリッピングされているかもしれません
（フォルダーに収めてあれば、問題の多くは解消されると思います）
「omake」
ここまで来て、アクションを追加（omake）しました
半透明の白または黒は表示されなくなるかもしれないので注意が必要です
不透明度の低い部分の（White）（Black）のレイヤーのベタをカットしてしまうものです
グラデーションなどの汚れなどはそのままなので、あくまでもオマケ程度です
ベタのレイヤーも輪郭に劣化がみられます
この半透明の濁りは未だ解決できていません
解決できるといいなー
オートアクションは便利なおもちゃです
コマンドを１行ずつ試すなどしてあそんでください
