Overlapping halftone dots can cause moire.
The base part of the lace cloth is a 45-degree cross line.
I think that it is ok that it is 0 degrees (horizontal line) or 90 degrees (vertical line) in the parallel line.
The camisole part of the clothes shown above is parallel line 90 degrees (vertical line).

Piled on the left dot is a little moyamoya.

And it may not come out neatly when I use it for printing in the first place because the handle is itty.

網の設定はクロスにしています(「レース生地_ノイズ」を除く)。
縮小具合によってトーン線数でクロス部分の線の太さを調整していただくといいかと思います。

円で設定するよりそれっぽくなるかと思いますが、お好みに合わせて設定はご変更ください。
ベースのレース生地部分をトーン化で表現していますので縮小した時に少し潰れにくいかと思います。
ですが、同色の背景の上ではベースのレース生地部分が消えてしまう欠点もあります。

チュール系は閾値を調節していただきますと割と濃さが調整できます。

境界効果オフ系のものは透け感が欲しい場合には削ったりして使った方が良さそうです。
表示のされ方が違うのでお好みのものをご使用ください。

今回雪の結晶柄を追加したので冬物などによろしければご使用ください。

※使用上の注意点
網点トーンを重ねるとモアレが発生する可能性があります。
レース生地のベース部分が45度のクロスの線になっています。
万線で0度(横線)か90度(縦線)だと大丈夫ではないかと思います。
上図の洋服のキャミソール部分は万線で90度(縦線)にしています。

左側の網点に重ねたものはちょっとモヤモヤが発生しています。

そして柄が細々しているのでそもそも印刷に使用する場合には綺麗に出ないかもしれません。
縮小するほど危険かと思われます。

上記のように使い勝手、印刷に耐えうるかといった不安要素があります。
