The shearing brush is used to draw a tentative line to make it easy to select with auto select Tool as shown above.
After that, I wonder whether it becomes more like it when I put out a tentative line and draw it with a little irregularity to match the shirring.

上図のように自動選択ツールなどで選択しやすいように仮の線を描いてシャーリングブラシを使用。
その後、仮の線を消してシャーリングに合わせて少し凹凸をつけて描き直すとよりそれっぽくなるかなあと思います。
