Dark tones color set.


As for the painter, we often use the color of a pale color tone,

The color of the dark system is not very good at digital illustration yet.



As a test work experimentally, I tried to produce a color set of dark system.



The how to show as shown in the figure below

Switch only color set as it is in the same pallet dock width
You can work smoothly.

The hue itself is the same as the dark tone set and the pastel like set.



This is because the left column is from red to orange, yellow to green and cyan,

And the right column went from cyan and blue to purple, from the bottom to the top, to the red,

, It is displayed in a counterclockwise circular loop of hue.



It is a must for convenience if accustomed.




(Note: This color set has been created in HSV space, not in the RGB space)



The lineup of the color is HSV space, and it is calculated by an arithmetic calculation and is created.


The hue (H value) is essentially a split of 0 to 359, with an arithmetic 15 increments

On top of that, we have added a "hue that is not necessary for practical use in drawing a picture".




Each color and the leftmost square is a display of 100% "standard of hue" with saturation and lightness.

The 8 shades, except for the display of 100% saturation and lightness,

From the left side to the fourth Gray eye of the second square,

The saturation (S value) is 50% fixed,

The brightness (V value) is set in increments of 5% from 35 to 50.


From the left side to the square of the gradation color from the fifth gradation to the right,

The value of V is 50% fixed.

The saturation (S-value) is set at 45-42-38-30%.





The murky color is also used, and it is beautiful.

ダークトーンのカラーセットです。


当方は、絵描きとしては、淡い色調の色を使うことが多く、

暗色系の色は、まだデジタルイラストにおいては、あまり使いこなせていません。



試験的に実験作として、暗色系のカラーセットを制作してみました。



表示方法を下図のようにすると、

既にリリースされている、当方のコンテンツ、

プレシジョン・パステルライク・カラーセットの

色相環状表示の「Ⅲ」と


同じパレットドック幅でそのままカラーセットだけを切り替えて
スムーズに作業ができます。

色相自体はダークトーンセットもパステルライクセットも同じ並びです。



これは、左の列が、下に向かって赤からオレンジ、黄色を経て緑とシアンへ、

そして、右の列は、下から上に向かってシアンと青から紫を経て、赤へ、

と、反時計回りに、円環状にループした色相環状の表示になっています。



慣れれば便利なハズです。




(註：このカラーセットは、RGB空間ではなく、HSV空間で作成されています)



色のラインナップは、HSV空間で、算術的に割り出して作成してあります。


色相(H値)は、基本的に、0～359までを算術的に１５刻みで分割し、

その上で「絵を描く上で実用上必要欠くべからざる色相」をプラスしてあります。




各色、一番左のマス目は彩度・明度共に100％の「色相の目安」の表示。

彩度・明度100％の表示を除いた８階調は、

左側から２番目のマス目の暗色の4階調目までが、

彩度(S値)50％固定で、

明度(V値)が35から50まで5％刻みでセットしてあります。


左側から５階調目から一番右の階調色のマス目までが、

明度(V値)50％固定で、

彩度(S値)が45～42～38～30％でセットしてあります。





濁った色っていうのも、使いようでは、美しいもんですよね＾＾
