I built an average apartment where college students and office workers living alone could live in.

I tried to make it not too luxurious, so that girls and friends would easily rush to and visit men.
For the scenes in front of the entrance and in the passageway, the hallway and stairs were intentionally widened. (There are no moving parts)

Parking and bicycle parking are also available.
There are four colors, including all white, which is easy to use in manga. The layout also includes a narrow version without parking.

Update) We have produced two different colors.
Update) We opened and closed the door of one of the rooms on the second floor, but we did not make the back of the door because there were no plans to make moving parts at that time. Use only from the surface.
