I built an average apartment where college students and office workers living alone could live in.
I tried to make it not too luxurious, so that girls and friends would easily rush to and visit men.
For the scenes in front of the entrance and in the passageway, the hallway and stairs were intentionally widened. (There are no moving parts)
Parking and bicycle parking are also available.
There are four colors, including all white, which is easy to use in manga. The layout also includes a narrow version without parking.

男性のところに、女の子や友人が気軽に押しかけたり訪ねてきそうな、豪華すぎない作りを心掛けました。
玄関前や通路でのシーンの為に、廊下と階段は意図的に広めに作りました。（可動部はありません）
駐車場、駐輪場も完備しています。
カラーは漫画で使いやすいオールホワイトを含めて4色。レイアウトには駐車場無しの狭いバージョンも入れてあります。
