I made an average apartment that a college student and a salaried man living alone seemed to live in.
I tried to make it not too luxurious that a girl and a friend might casually put on and visit to the man.
The hallway and stairs were deliberately spread out for the scene in front of the hallway and in the aisle.
The hotel also has a parking lot and a bicycle parking area.
Color is four colors including all-white easy to use in the comics. There is a narrow version of the layout with no parking lot.

男性のところに、女の子や友人が気軽に押しかけたり訪ねてきそうな、豪華すぎない作りを心掛けました。
玄関前や通路でのシーンの為に、廊下と階段は意図的に広めに作りました。
駐車場、駐輪場も完備しています。
カラーは漫画で使いやすいオールホワイトを含めて4色。レイアウトには駐車場無しの狭いバージョンも入れてあります。
