It is supposed to be used for line art and roughness, but I think that it can be used for coloring if it is a fill / anime painting system.
[If you want to fix the size]
Make it your favorite brush size and lock the sub tool palette
you can still resize it but if you select another tool and then reselect this tool it returns to the brush size that you set
The base is the G-pen in the initial brush

好きなブラシサイズにしたあと、サブツールパレットのロックをかけてください
この状態でもサイズ変更可能ですが、他のツールを選択してからこのツールを選択しなおすと、設定したブラシサイズに戻ります
