This auto action creates a dark hue around the lights. As well as there are a version that creates a dark hue inside the multiply layer. (Make sure to have the layer with light/dark separated for this to work!)
How it works? Select the light/dark on your separated layer, press the button, and it will do its magic! (Make sure to play with each setting that auto action is asks you on the process, to get the best results)
