auto action so we can standardize the text effects for our cards more quickly
start with size 225pt white text, font 'positions.' select the layer and play Rasterize + Border. this will also rename the text layer to 'Target.' play Title Text Effect with the target layer selected. rename the resulting folder and text layer. :D
the font 'positions' has to be installed separately.
