It is a set auto action The edge of the tone sound effect. When you select and run a layer depicting the sound effect, the tone borders around the sound effect. The background is filled with white and the sound effect is not transparent. 描き文字にトーンのフチが付くオートアクションセットです。描き文字を描いたレイヤーを選択して実行すると、描き文字の周りにトーンのフチが付きます。背景が白で塗りつぶされるため描き文字が透けません。
