It is a soft brush made to put color on the lips softly.
Unlike ordinary airbrushes, the top is darker than the center.
Therefore, if you draw along the line drawing of the mouth, you can easily color the lips while drawing the shadow part at the border.
B is a little sharper than A.
"Large" is a specification that is drawn with a different width in the center, and "Dark" is a specification in which the overlapping parts are darkened.

普通のエアブラシと違って中心部よりも上が濃くなっています。
そのため口の線画に沿って描けば、境目に影部分を描きつつ簡単に唇に色が付けられます。
AよりBのほうが少しシャープになっています。
『大』は中心部の幅違いで、『濃』は重なった部分が濃くなって描画される仕様です。
