This is a set of frames, decorations, and brushes with a cyber / futuristic theme.
The scatter brushes are set with a glow effect. To turn it off simply deselect watercolor edge. They can also be used as stretching atmosphere brushes by selecting color stretch in the brush settings.
Three frames are pre colored and require no attention. The others are monochrome and you can change the color to any you would like. To change the color: Option 1 - use the brush with your desired color selected. Option 2 - Import the frame to a layer then select "change to drawing color" under edit. Option 3 - Import the frame to a layer, lock the transparency, then color with an airbrush (or desired brush).
