If you want to make it shine more, you can copy the layer, make the layer above a "screen", and lower the % of the opacity to the shine you want.
If you want to blur the area around the tree, adjust the lower layer with "Filter→", "Blur", → "gaussian blur" after copying. (In the example, the background of the material is transparent so that the light can be easily seen.)
もっと光らせたい場合は、レイヤーをコピーし、上にあるレイヤーを「スクリーン」にして、不透明度の％を好きな輝きまで下げていくといいかと。
ツリーの周囲をぼやかせたい場合は、複写後に、下のほうのレイヤーを「フィルター」→「ぼかし」→「ガウスぼかし」で調整。（使用例は光が見えやすいように黒背景にしてますが、素材の背景は透明です）
