It took me a little time to make simple instructions for use. Its toning effect is not so obvious, but I personally think it works very well. It is a good choice for graffiti creation.
If you want to get a better blur effect, you can try reducing the canvas size or applying a filter-mosaic to the image after painting.
It is recommended that you use 20px for painting.
A word of caution: brushes don't work well in small canvases.
