It is a 3D material of popsicles. Available in 10 colors.
They are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, navy blue, purple, pink, white and black. The default is blue.
Black has the image of a cola flavor, so it has a little more color than pure black.
Finishing example
(1) After rasterize the 3D material→ "filter→", "effect", "→ illustration style"
(2) Draw the "running color spray" in white with an airbrush to express freezing
(3) Draw the highlights of the details in white and adjust the color
Ask them to select a 3D material in "Operation" → "object", and then select "Select Material Preset" from the menu bar.

黒はコーラ味をイメージしているので真っ黒と言うよりは少しだけ色があります。
仕上げ例
①３D素材をラスタライズ後→「フィルタ」→「効果」→「イラスト調」
②エアブラシで「にじみスプレー」を白で描いて氷結を表現
③細部のハイライトを白で描きこみ、色味調整
「操作」→「オブジェクト」で３Ｄ素材を選んでもらい、メニューバーから「マテリアルのプリセットを選択」
で色のバリエーションが出てきます
