It is a lace set made to match the slightly classic shoujo manga flavored "princess dress". It has a seamless pattern and an assortment of brushes.
It is a lace pattern with a cotton lace-style design, but by adding a gather expression and layering it, I think it can be used for the skirt, cuffs, collar, etc. of a shoujo manga-style dress. It is intended for black and white manuscripts, but it can also be applied to color illustrations.
