Suitable for newbie artist too!
Step 1 : Pull the water gradient
Step 2 : Apply with a water ripple (laser) brush
Step 3 : Star Brush Draw with a sense of sparkle
Step 4 : Use the Water Ripple (glow) brush
Step 6 : Water ripple (bubble) brush to draw some bubbles in the water~
Step 7 : Spray the brush with water and you're done!
