This is a 3D model of the decorative collar (rough collar / fold collar) worn by medieval aristocrats and clowns. 中世の貴族やピエロなどが着けている飾り襟(ラフカラー・ひだ襟)の3Dモデルです。
You can easily draw a collar that is folded like this.
use
You can use it as it is, but if you want the model to wear it, drag and drop it directly into the character model's layer.
"sub tool detail" window (only from this window will work!) ) and drag and drop the collar list to the name of the model you want to apply.
Now the collar will stick together when you move the model.
Below the list, select Head from the Attach To list.
Now the decorative collar will follow your head and will not shift when you move it.
Finally, adjust the position so that it fits comfortably around the neck.
If you use the green arrow and red circle in the manipulator, I think it will work.

こういうヒラヒラのひだになっている襟が簡単に描けます。
使い方
そのまま使ってもOKですが、モデルに着用させたい場合、キャラクターモデルのレイヤーにそのままドラッグ＆ドロップで放り込みます。
「サブツール詳細」ウィンドウ(このウィンドウからでないとうまくいきません！)を開いて、飾り襟のリスト表示を、適用したいモデルの名前のところにドラッグ＆ドロップします。
これで、モデルを動かしたときに飾り襟がくっくいてくるようになります。
リストの下にある「アタッチ先の部位」リストから「頭」を選択します。
これで飾り襟が頭に追随し、動かしてもずれなくなります。
最後に、首のあたりにいい感じに収まるよう位置を調整します。
マニピュレータの緑色の矢印と赤色の円を使うと、うまくいくと思います。
