If you want to use it as is, not as a draft
After setting the angle you like, you can convert it to a raster layer by joining it to a new layer, etc., and then make the effect a tone or convert the layer to monochrome, copy it, and overlap it to draw clearly.
Image data has better image quality. Please use them depending on the case.
The brush that drew this stained glass is Mangazara Pen 2 [2073679].
If you use that brush, it will blend well with the line art.

下書きとしてではなく、そのまま使用したい場合
好きな角度に設定した後に新規レイヤーに結合などしてラスターレイヤーに変換後、効果をトーンにするかレイヤーをモノクロに変換後コピーし二枚重ねるとはっきりと描画することが可能です。
画像データの方が画質が良いです。場合によって使い分けください。
こちらのステンドグラスを描いたブラシはマンガざらペン 2【2073679】です。
そちらのブラシを使用すると線画とうまくなじむと思います。
