Balloons drawn by yourself, balloons made of materials, balloons that have already been rasterize,
It is a auto action to make it a double line without questioning and answering.
If you run the balloon layer with it selected, the raster layer of the edge will be on top.
It's okay to have multiple balloons on one layer.
The shape of the edge can be drawn or erased in white (such as tail adjustment).
Extremely pointed balloons are prone to unnaturalness, caution.

We've made it easier to edit auto action.
(1) You can select the thickness of edges with the check box (4 types of white border, 3 types of black border)
(2) You can select the drawing color after auto action with the check box (white, black)

(3) It can be done regardless of the color of the drawing color (previously it had to be done after making the drawing color white)
自分で描いたフキダシも、素材のフキダシも、ラスタライズ済みのフキダシも、
問答無用で二重線にしてしまおうというオートアクションです。
フキダシのレイヤーを選択した状態で実行すると、フチのラスターレイヤーが上に出来上がります。
一つにレイヤーに複数のフキダシがあっても大丈夫。
フチの形は白で描いたり消したりできます（しっぽ調整とか）
極端に尖ったフキダシは不自然になりがちです、注意。

オートアクションの編集をしやすく改良しました。
①フチの太さをチェックボックスで選べます（白フチ4種、黒フチ3種）
②オートアクション終了後の描画色をチェックボックスで選べます（白、黒）
その他
③描画色の色に関わらず実行できます（以前は描画色を白にした後に実行する必要がありました）
