Create a ``base coated only in black'' layer below the layer you want to invert.

according to the layer you want to invert

"Layer" in the top menu → "New tone correction layer" →

If you select "Invert Gradation", the image below will be inverted.

B-

Adjust the left and right orientation.

In the "brush tip" of the tool property or sub tool details,

Change "Random" for horizontal flip to "None" or "Flip" before drawing.

If you draw it alone on a vector layer, you can change it later.
