Use
① create selection
② auto action Run
A dialog appears twice in the middle. If there is no problem set as it is, if you feel that the edge is thin "edge" [gaussian blur] increase the number.

【使い方】
①選択範囲を作成
②オートアクション実行
途中で2回ダイアログが出ます。問題が無ければ設定そのまま、フチが細いと感じたら「フチどり」「ガウスぼかし」の数値を大きくしてください。
