Just a silly brush I have rolling around. It's a [dual brush] that works by putting a color wheel on top of the main brush on [overlay] mode, but you can change & adjust it. :)
Here's a sampling of color changes. Adjust [2- Brush Density] to make the color wheel more or less intense.
