The so-called sepia effect
Make a sepia hue and feel old.
You might want to use gradient map.
We're simply using layer color to change colors.

Two types of white frame
With layer mask version, a white layer will be added for folders + margins with layer mask
Using layer mask to produce a part of the wind that is missing
Instead of drawing the missing parts, I paint the parts I see with crayons.

色合いをセピアっぽくして、古ぼけた感じを足します
本来ならグラデーションマップを使うべきかもしれませんが
シンプルにレイヤーカラーを使って色を変化させています
主な機能は3つ
・セピア風の色合いにする
・古ぼけた感じに劣化させる
・まわりを白っぽくする
色は3種類
劣化の風合いは調整可能
白枠は2種類
レイヤーマスク有り版を使うとレイヤーマスク付きのフォルダ＋余白用に白いレイヤーが追加されます
レイヤーマスクを使って一部欠けている風に演出
欠けている部分を描き足すのではなく、見えている部分をクレヨンで塗っています
