A little bit of oil pastel brush that you posted before that? It's similar.
rapeseed? dye? That's kind of brush!
Features: Blends well and has a strong paper texture
Adjust the sink boundary to your liking (you can turn it off and use it)
I've put the paper texture in a dump, but I don't think you can use it.
