Accessories not included, the chairs, tables, and coffee cans are on the default 3D materials of clip studio.
I just realized that when I select even the female material, the 3D would become male because of the default settings.
So to change genders of 3D models:
File>Preferences>3D>Model Settings>Default 3D figure
(I dunno how to incorporate the objects to the body, or if they can)
