There are three versions: normal size, small size, large size.
If the background is not white, you can use the white border layer effect in the bubble layer. If white, you can use a different color. (Warm colors go well) *
I used a combination of a dark blue base color and a little light.
If you want, you can use clipping layers that are set to screen or overlay mode to add more colors.
