It is weaker than the default blur and blots as if it were faintly shaggy.

Below is an example of one stroke on the left and the right side stretched over and over again. (Around the black ■ is transparent pixel)

If you adjust the "opacity" and "Extend color" shown in the tool property, the strength will change.
It is difficult to understand, but the growth of the one stroke is weak by "fluff" from "a little fluff".

名前の通りのぼかし＋指先の中間のようなツールです。
デフォルトのぼかしより弱く、微かに毛羽立ったように滲ませられます。
毛羽立ちが弱めのものと強めのものの2本セット。
色から色（または透明ピクセル）へ引き延ばすようにブラシを動かすと、以下のようになります。
下は左端が1ストローク、右側が何度も重ねて引き延ばした例です。（黒い■の周囲は透明ピクセル）

ツールプロパティに表示されている「不透明度」「色延び」を調整すると強さなどが変わります。
分かりにくいですが、「ややケバ」より「ケバ」の方が1度のストロークでの伸びは弱いです。

↓使い方によっては血の滲みのような表現もできます。
↓頬に使ったりも。サンプルが分かりにくいですが、普通のぼかしよりムラが出ます。
