↑ Scope of application
This is an action that adds natural soft outer strokes, so shadows or highlights must be in separate layers (pictured below).
The layer is a completely opaque color at 100% opacity (the translucency effect displayed by adjusting the opacity is OK), and the edges are not completely solid. (Pictured below)

Boundary lines are separate layers that default are the most commonly used high-saturated oranges, and the mode is overlay. You can change the color and layer mode as needed.
↑ Settings
To use it more efficiently, you can set the action as a shortcut key. After downloading and installing, the action appears in the Auto Actions window.
Click file - shortcut settings, set the area to select automatic actions, you will see the action just installed, set as a handy shortcut key.

↑适用范围
这是一个添加自然柔和外描边的动作，所以阴影或高光必须在单独的图层（如下图）。
图层在不透明度100%的时候为完全不透明色（通过调整不透明度显示的半透明效果则是OK的），且边沿不是完全的实边。（如下图）
运行动作后:
加上背景后:
边界线是单独的图层，默认是最常用的高饱和橙色，模式为叠加。可以按需要改变颜色和图层模式。
↑设置
为了更加效率地使用，可以把该动作设成快捷键。下载安装后该动作会出现在自动动作窗口。
点击文件——快捷键设置，设置区域选自动动作，就会看到刚刚安装的动作了，设置成顺手的快捷键。
