It is a sleeve model of the rib clothes.
The rotation setting "Base_on" is a guideline indicating the forearm.
The part protrude when this is displayed is along the upper arm.
When you use a person bent the elbow, after TL conversion, please modify and retouch appropriately.

Remarks
Since the average height of the Meiji period was around 160cm, the length of the cuffs to elbow was produced as a 24cm (assumption of the person of height 162cm).
It should be about 3cm in the person of 180cm. Please refer to it when drawing.
