Brush 2 reflects two colors main color and sub color. You can draw in black and white and use gradient map.
The brush 1 is one black color and the pattern hole is transparent.
The Brush 2 fill a patterned hole in black, gray and white.

ブラシ1は黒1色で作ったので、メインカラーとサブカラーの、どちらか選択した色になります。
ブラシ2は、メインカラーとサブカラーの2色を反映します。黒と白で描いて、グラデーションマップなどを使うこともできます。
ブラシ1は黒1色で、模様の穴は透明です。
ブラシ2は、黒、灰色、白で模様の穴を塗りつぶしています。
