不要なところは削るなりマスクなりで調整してください。

（太）の方が、ブラシサイズ小さくしても輪郭残りやすいかと思います。
（細）の方は、アップになる時によいかと。

試しにブラシサイズ5までやってみましたが、つなぎ目が微妙に切れているので、加筆するかそれ以下の方がアラが目立たないと思われます。
